Use it for Making  Cheese:

Sour milk have nothing to upset you as you can prepare it for making cheese.
Cheese preparation:
  • Heat the milk until the curd separates from the whey
  • Remove from flame and leave it for 5-10min. Overcooked sour milk gets bitter.
  • Add a bit of salt and Gently strain through a napkin.
  • Hang it so that whey continue to drip down completely. You can squeeze a bit to remove more whey and make a more pleasant soft cheese.
  • Refrigerate, then eat it as fresh cheese 
  • It can be mixed with cream, salt and pepper for cottage cheese

  • Sour milk is a common ingredient in many pancake, cake and waffle recipes.So you can happily use it for your delicious cakes.
